I still hate Daylight Savings. I hate it. I hate it, hate it, hate it.
So here’s a timeturner turn back to March 1, 2020. I just got a notice from the Napa Valley Marathon that they were comp’ing me a one-image download from the official photos. I debated between 2 or 3 of them (that’s how they get you… they wanted me to buy the whole package… but I outwitted them).
Eventually, I settled on this one from the starting line. You can find me, Where’s Waldo-style, by my red shoes. A nice spectator complimented me on them as I ran past her at mile 25… and that was a nice boost. Memories – they help past the time… until we can fall back once more.
