I was sorting through some old memories, paperwork, boxes, and artifacts of another life. It’s stuff from when I was younger, a lot of it stuff that perhaps never should have been revisited or saved… though there’s just enough, “hey! I’m glad I have this still!” to make me not just throw the lot out wholesale.
One of the things I found recently was a stash of old videotapes. I digitized a few and sent clips from primary and secondary school days to classic friends of yore in the hopes they might say, “Hey! I’m glad that still exists,… even though I’m incredibly embarrassed that still exists! We were so very, very young…”
But in uploading the clips to YouTube, I saw a few vids I had previously put up on the ol’ internet. In 2012, I was fundraising for my charity run at the Boston Marathon. Here’s two different versions of the video I sent to potential donors and posted to Facebook back then.
