Tomorrow I leave for Milwaukee, or as a quick google search for nicknames tells me:
- Brew City/Brew Town/The Brew.
- The City of Festivals.
- The Cream City.
- The German Athens of America.
- A Great Place on a Great Lake.
- Mil-town.
To be honest, the main thing I think of when I think of Milwaukee is this scene from Wayne’s World (1992):
The German Athens of America is a real mouthful!
