Luck be a runner tonight… or at least on Tuesday, September 29th! That’s the day they’ll announce the lottery results for the Kyoto Marathon. I’m still hoping to do Tokyo as my big February run as an excuse to take my Mom and brother to Japan for a celebration runcation but figured I’d increase my odds by entering another race lottery for the week before that World Major event.
Best case… or worst case depending on one’s defintion… I’ll wind up running back to back weekends in the land of the rising sun. Worst case for real, I get shut out of both lotteries and we find something else to do in February.
