Yogurt: Merchandising, merchandising, where the real money from the movie is made. Spaceballs-the T-shirt, Spaceballs-the Coloring Book, Spaceballs-the Lunch box, Spaceballs-the Breakfast Cereal, Spaceballs-the Flame Thrower. [turns it on, firing flames]
Dink, Dink, Dink, Dink, Dink, Dink: Ooooh!
Yogurt: [reacts to dinks] The kids love this one.
[a dink hands him a doll that looks likes Yogurt]
Yogurt: And last but not least, Spaceballs the doll, me. [pulls string]
Doll: May the schwartz be with you!
Yogurt: [kisses the doll] Adorable.

A few years back I had a custom running shirt made for my Road To… Marathon Series. I proudly wear my Hope/Crosby/Hanna shirt anytime I’m at a location Bob, Bing, and Dorothy visited on their movie travels.
Having just finished the 7+7<4 challenge I didn’t realize was even a thing, I decided to commemorate the personal achievement with a custom t-shirt. After poking around online, I came across Logo Sportswear (or as their web domain would have us call it, http://www.logosoftwear.com/). I used their fairly intuitive online designer to upload my images and then like some giant moose pulling a flying squirrel out of a hat — PRESTO! An original, one of a kind Club 7+7<4 running shirt!
But that’s not all! Like a late-night infomercial, the website offered me more, more, more! It turns out I could get a variety of gear embroidered with my very own logo… I could, in short, have an embroidered RunKevinRun Dot Com jacket! Mad with power, drunk with desire, and wielding a credit card in one hand, I clicked through and placed my order.
In fact, I ordered a jacket for my Mom to wear at our next crazy “runcation” tour. Team RunKevinRun.Com representing!
Speaking of tours, I’ve added another link to the menu option on this website for tour compendiums. I thought it might be easier to collate multi-day posts about longer trips. Thus the tours page provides a quick link index of related posts to certain big adventures.
Who knows? Maybe one day there’ll be an official RunKevinRun Dot Com Tour Shirt listing the Sold Out! dates on the back. I certainly know where I can get one printed.
