The good people at Travelling Fit forwarded me the course info and description for the Easter Island Marathon in June. The island itself is 63 square miles, and is one of the most remote inhabited islands on Earth. It may be best known for its 887 giant head statues or “Moai.”
As a result, I’ve got it in my head that I want to take a headshot of me on a stick and pose with it next to a Moai. To that end I’ve had Siri and my iPhone remind me constantly of a task:
Today I finally marked that item as completed.
I’ve unpacked a printer that came bundled with my digital camera purchase that does wide-format printing so I’m just about to print my big giant head photo on a 13″ x 19″ page. That’s a big giant head for sure.
