The weather for this weekend’s double has both improved for Sunday but gotten worse for Saturday.

Rain, unquestionable rain for Jackson.

Considerable Cloudiness, says the Weather Channel, for Sunday in Gulf Shores, AL. But that’s better than yesterday’s forecast of thunderstorms.

I should also note that both temperatures featured prominently above represent the highs for the given day.  Race time is much more likely in the low 50s.

For some must watch while some must sleep.
