The Bali Marathon posted a driving view of the 42.195 km course I’ll be running next weekend.
It’s a humbling reminder of just how far a marathon is, given that even by car and in time lapse, it takes 8 minutes and 45 seconds to go the distance.
And here’s the course map they sent me, along with what I presume is the start/finish line area… though I don’t see a legend or key to the symbol markings.
That’s not how a map works.
