Aw, hell. So the Seven Continents Club got me again. Marathon Tours has finalized plans for their inaugural Madagascar Marathon and like a lemming of that small island off the coast of Africa, I am just following along.
In June 2017, I’ll be there. It’s going to cost a small fortune but I’ll be there. The deposit is faxed in and my spot is secured.
I really should unsubscribe from that mailing list as it’s just too much temptation.
But then how would I know what next great adventure to go on?
By the way — what finally tipped the scales was Mom saying she was up for the trip. Any chance to hang with Mom or Steve or any number of Run Kevin Run supporters is well worth doing.
So we all can blame Thom Gilligan, Marathon Tours, AND Mom for this one.
